By accessing or using Optivra SEO ("we", "us", "our") at optivraseo.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Optivra SEO provides digital marketing and search engine optimization services including:

• On-page and off-page SEO strategy
• Link building and content optimization
• Technical SEO audits and recommendations
• Monthly SEO reports and deliverables via your client dashboard

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice.

3. Account Registration

To access our dashboard and purchase services, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Keep your login credentials confidential and not share them
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access
• Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Payment & Billing

Payments are processed securely through PayPal and NOWPayments (cryptocurrency). By making a purchase:

• All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated
• PayPal payments are processed in USD
• Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing
• You are responsible for applicable taxes in your jurisdiction

5. Refund Policy

• Service not started — full refund within 7 days of purchase
• Service partially delivered — partial refund at our discretion
• Technical failure on our end — full refund or service credit

Refund requests must be submitted to hello@optivraseo.com with your order number.

6. Service Delivery

SEO results depend on many factors including search engine algorithm changes, competition, and website quality. We commit to:

• Delivering agreed services within the stated timeframe
• Providing monthly reports via your client dashboard
• Using only white-hat, Google-compliant SEO techniques
• Communicating any delays or issues promptly

7. Client Responsibilities

• Provide website access when reasonably requested
• Respond to communications within a reasonable timeframe
• Ensure your website complies with applicable laws
• Not engage conflicting SEO providers during the service period without prior agreement

8. Intellectual Property

All reports, content, and strategies delivered by Optivra SEO remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon payment, you receive a non-exclusive license to use the delivered materials for your own business purposes.

9. Limitation of Liability

Optivra SEO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of revenue, data, or business opportunity. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service in question.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 14 days written notice. We may immediately terminate service for violations of these terms, fraudulent activity, or non-payment.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Indonesia. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bandung, West Java, Indonesia.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
